Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Always quote the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) when communicating with an Authorised Repairer. If the drive motor or electric drive unit is involved, it may be necessary to provide the identification numbers of these assemblies. Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Location

  • On the instrument panel, visible through the lower right of the windscreen;
  • On the vehicle identification plate;
  • On the cross beam facade under the front right seat;
  • On the inner side of the liftgate, visible by opening the liftgate.

The DLC of the vehicle is located above the driver’s lower closure panel, and the VIN information can be read with the diagnostic scan tool.
