Pedestrian Warning Tone

When electric vehicles are driven at low speed in pure electric mode, the noise outside is significantly low. A pedestrian alert warning device is fitted to alert pedestrians of vehicles moving at low speeds, the system emits a sound through the exterior speakers when the speed is 0 - 12.5 mph (0 - 20 km/h), and gradually decreases until it disappears when the speed exceeds 12.5 mph (20 km/h).
