Exterior Rearview Mirror Tilt During Reverse

Chapter 2 · Manual page 68

To enable the driver to view the rear wheels and the road surface behind the vehicle during reversing, some models feature the exterior rearview mirror tilt memory function during reversing. This function can be enabled or disabled on the central screen.

  • When reversing is required, the mirror downward inclination angle can be set as follows.
  • Start the power system and engage in R gear;
  • Adjust the exterior rearview mirror glass on both sides to tilt the glass to an appropriate angle;
  • Remove from reverse and select another gear; Note: During reversing, if the set mirror tilt angle is changed again, then the new angle will be automatically memorized after the vehicle is switched from R gear to another gear, and this angle will be used during the next reversing action.
