Discharge

Chapter 4 · Manual page 156

The vehicle is equipped with a discharge function, this can convert the high voltage DC power in the high-voltage battery pack into domestic AC power. This discharge function can be realised by using a discharger. Discharge operations

  1. Open the charging port door.
  2. Insert the discharger into the discharge port (slow charging port also serves as the discharge port).
  3. Enter “My Car” on the central screen, and click “Battery”.
  4. Click “Discharge”, and enter Discharge Settings page.
  5. Set the discharge cut-off capacity, and click “Discharge” to enable discharge operations.
  6. Click “Stop” button in the discharge interface to stop the discharge, or stop the discharge after the power is discharged to the set cut-off value.
  7. Remove the discharger, and close the charging port door.

During the discharge, the charging port electronic lock will lock the discharger. Do not attempt to remove the discharger using force, since this will cause damage.

During the discharge, the user still can set the “discharge cut-off capacity”.

During the discharge, the vehicle cannot be put in READY mode.

The discharge operations will reduce the driving range.

The maximum discharge power of the vehicle is 6.6kW. Please do not use an electrical appliance with its power exceeding such limit.
