Full-speed Adaptive Cruise Control System
Chapter 5 · Manual page 250
Depending on whether there is a vehicle ahead, the full-speed adaptive cruise control system can conduct automatic switching between constant speed cruise and car-following cruise. With the full-speed adaptive cruise control system, the vehicle is allowed to conduct constant speed cruise within a certain speed range, or conduct car-following cruise by setting the distance between the vehicle and vehicles ahead. If a vehicle is detected in your driving path, the full-speed adaptive cruise control system may apply moderate braking or acceleration to maintain the selected following distance.
