Intelligent Comfort Braking System (ICS)

Chapter 4 · Manual page 217

When the vehicle is about to stop, an experienced driver will slowly release the brake pedal to gradually reduce the speed, and then press the brake pedal again to stop the vehicle when the speed drops to the minimum, thereby avoiding ‘vehicle dive’ to improve braking comfort. If the ICS is turned on, the driver can realise a comfortable braking effect simply by keeping the pedal application unchanged. This function is enabled by default after power-on, and you can disable it on the central screen.
